First night camping

We left the parking lot of the Roadtrek factory about 9:15 and drove through the beautiful country side of southern Ontario.   We have never seen so many dandelions growing in fields in our lives.  They were bright yellow and everywhere.

Crossed back into the US at Port Heron.  The US customs people were not nearly as efficient or nice as their Canadian counterparts.   Took us close to 40 minutes to get through the line and clear.

We continued driving west and stopped at a delightful Michigan State Park called Sleepy Hollow in the middle of no where.   Without a GPS or local knowledge, I don't know how anyone could find this park.   There wasn't anyone at the gates so we drove in on the recommendation of another guest.   We parked in a secluded spot near the wash rooms and set up camp.    We practically had the  place to ourselves.   Grilled dinner and watched the sun go down.   A beautiful and restful stop over.
